As the author of four books, including the bestseller The Education Square, Mani is dedicated to transforming education and empowering young minds. A TEFL-certified educator and doctoral student, she is passionate about mentorship, public speaking, and women empowerment, continuing to make a lasting impact in the world of learning.
Priya Pandey, Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition & Business Development at Tayana, brings 10+ years of expertise in IT and business consulting recruitment. She specializes in full-cycle hiring, talent pipeline development, and employer branding across North America, APAC, the US, UK, and Singapore.

Prachi Shukla, Associate Project Manager at Tayana, is a marketing and finance professional with expertise in business analysis, quality auditing, and corporate banking. She has worked as a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank, managing credit card sales data and leading a team of 15, and as a Quality Analyst at BYJU'S, ensuring compliance and optimizing sales performance.
She holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance and is a certified SAP (Sales & Distribution) and Power BI, with strong skills in data visualization, business intelligence, and process improvement. Passionate about leadership, decision-making, and analytics, Prachi thrives in dynamic environments, driving efficiency and growth.
Swathy Krishna, Manager – Training Administration at Tayana, is an MBA graduate in HR & Marketing with a proven track record in team leadership and talent management. She currently oversees the entire training department, leading a team of 20+ interns and associates with a focus on quality, innovation, and growth.
With hands-on experience in HR recruitment, payroll management, and employee records, Swathy has successfully sourced, screened, and hired top talent in the export industry. Her expertise extends to logistics pricing coordination, adding to her strong analytical and operational skills.
