Thank you for purchasing our courses, enrolling in our workshops/webinars (online or offline), or subscribing to our services at Tayana Academy. We aim to provide high-quality learning experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully:
1. Non-Refundable Policy
Once purchased, our courses, workshops/webinars, and services are non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for any of our digital products, including online courses or subscription-based services.
2. Completion Certificate
Completion certificates will only be issued to the individual who successfully completes the course or workshop/webinar and passes any required examinations or assignments. These certificates are issued in the name of the person attending the entire course.
3. Absence and Non-Refundability
If a candidate fails to attend the course or workshop/webinar, they will be marked as absent. No extended access will be provided beyond the validity of the modules or lessons. The candidate will not be eligible for a refund if they miss any part of the course or workshop/webinar.
4. Subscription Payment Refund Policy
Once a payment for a subscription has been processed and debited from your account, it is non-refundable. However, you can cancel any future subscriptions to prevent further charges.
To cancel a subscription:

Please review your subscription status and cancel well in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid any future charges.
5. Technical Issues During Course or Workshop/Webinar
If you experience any technical issues while accessing the course or workshop/webinar, please contact our support team at the email addresses provided in the FAQ section of the course or workshop/webinar. We aim to respond within 14 working days.
If we determine that the issue is caused by our end, and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we acknowledge the issue. Please note that refunds are only applicable for issues related to our services. Issues stemming from customer hardware or software will not qualify for a refund.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
Tayana Academy reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
